Unfortunately, master pianist Diana Ketler has fallen ill. At the opening concert she is replaced by none other than Hannes Minnaar. He will play a selection from Chopin’s Preludes. The master classes are observed by another former student of Jan Wijn: Paul Komen.
We wish Diana Ketler a speedy recovery and are very grateful to Hannes Minnaar and Paul Komen for being able to step in at such short notice.

The very first edition of NIPF Masterclass starts with a dazzling opening concert. Masters Nino Gvetadze, Mariam Batsashvili and Diana Ketler demonstrate their mastery in a program with virtuoso music by Franz Liszt, but also with melancholy sounds by Valentin Silvestrov. Of course we also welcome the nine students to this concert, for many the first meeting with their teachers for the following days.
The masterclasses will take place on 13 and 14 April in BIJ ANDREAS, the Town Hall and Arsenaal. These are accessible to the public. The tickets for this are available here.
