Kevin Hooijschuur

The Gooische Muziekschool presents in collaboration with the Robert F.W. Bruinsma on Sunday 23 June at 3.30 pm, amateur pianist Kevin Hooijschuur. During this concert he will take his D-exam, the highest attainable for amateur pianists.
Kevin is a 2nd year student of pharmaceutical sciences at the University of Utrecht.
In addition to his studies, he has been taking piano lessons for about 11 years at the Gooische music school.
First at José Juurlink and since this year at Mark Beursgens.

During the concert on June 23, he will play together with Marit Brugmans, who plays the clarinet.
She passed the D-exam in 2017 and is now following a program at the conservatory of The Hague.

  • L. van Beethoven: Sonata Pathétique in C minor
  • J. S. Bach: Invention No. 1 in C major
  • C. Saint-saëns: 1st movement of Clarinet Sonata in E flat major (with Marit Brugmans)
  • M. Moszkowski: Etude in D minor
  • F. Chopin: Fantasy Impromptu in C-sharp minor
