Discoveries on Sunday

Carter Muller

During the series ‘discoveries on Sunday’ at BIJ ANDREAS we give a stage to up-and-coming talent. There are regular concerts on Sunday afternoons at 4 pm.

Carter Muller is a young Dutch-American pianist and aspiring conductor. He was born in Amsterdam on May 30, 2001. When he was seven his family moved to Seattle where he received his first piano lessons from his grandmother. It was love at first sight with the piano. After a few weeks he exclaimed: I’m a pianist, it’s in my blood! Since then, music has been the most important aspect of his life.

The program includes Beethoven, Chopin, E. Carter and M. Ravel.
