Unfortunately, the previously announced Víctor Naranjo had to cancel this concert due to circumstances. We are happy that David Vaamonde can replace him.
David Vaamonde (1999) is a versatile pianist and composer from Galicia (Spain). His musical activities are very diverse: he is a soloist, ensemble musician and improviser. And he feels musically at home in classical as well as salsa and jazz. But his background as a classical pianist is the common thread.
He has already played in some of the most important venues in the Netherlands, such as De Doelen in Rotterdam. His performances showcase an eclectic, controversial, deeply creative artistic identity with a unique experience for the audience.
He obtained a Bachelor in Classical Piano at ESMUC (Barcelona, Spain) with Prof. Denis Lossev and is currently completing his Master of Music at CODARTS University of the Arts, under the direction of Bart van de Roer (piano), Paul van Brugge and René Uijlenhoet (composition).
