The first concert of this autumn will be given by the young Spanish pianist Miguel Iglesias Lista. He began playing the piano at the age of seven, and after completing his studies in Spain with distinction, he is now studying with Frank van der Laar at the Conservatorium van Amsterdam. He has won prizes at various competitions and reached the semi-finals of the Queen Elisabeth Competition this summer.
Miguel will perform a varied program ranging from Bach through Beethoven and Schumann to Scriabin.
